Order Fulfillment:

All orders will be processed at least one business day after receiving the order and also when funds have cleared into our account.

We endeavour to process express orders immediately but this might not always transpire.

We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched, this may not apply to local Perth orders as we sometimes use a local courier company.

For pick up orders, we’ll let you know via email when it’s ready for pick up. Please check your junk or spam folders.

Orders are only processed from Monday to Thursday. We do not process orders from Thursday afternoon until Monday and on any public holidays.

All orders that we receive on a Thursday will be processed the following week.
